I'm not particularly fan of this Alicia Keys song, but hey, here comes the magic of a great edit maker, like Melbourne-based producer Mr Leigh, who is regularly delighting me with his various reworks.

So back You Don't Know My Name and the irresistible groovy rythmic relifting it got down under. Simply brilliant!

Yumi Zouma - Yumi Zouma EP

I don't know much about New Zealand-born, but NY and Paris-based band Yumi Zouma, apart that their first self-titled EP is simply delightful.

Echoing the sweet electro-pop sound of Rhye, this first release is out next week on Cascine label.

Je ne sais pas grand chose du groupe d'origine néo-zélandaise Yumi Zouma, hormis que leur premier maxi est une perle electro/pop, qui n'est pas sans rappeler le son délicat d'une des révélations récentes du genre, les californiens de Rhye.
